    DefaultAnother Video

Found this on youtube not sure how many of you peeps already seen it..I had to go for a virtual ride since my salesman didn't call me yesterday with good news, that they had a delivery date..

the only negatives that they mentioned are ones that some peeps already mentioned...steering & clunk

which neither one bother LBR & myself cause we have the cluck in our Rhintax and it's the helix engaging...steering was ok for our driving, but for some that do rock crawling then I'm sure the after market will offer PS in the furure....Barbara

    Another very well done video.

I am sure Unisteer is all over a power assist steering kit. Which reminds me, I need to call them.

Please do, I've sent them 3 emails with no response. This is before my test ride though. Now I don't think I want it. I also don't know if I want to do business with a company that doesn't return emails from people wanting to buy their product. Anybody else with experience dealing with them?

I hear Unisteer is a good company. I suspect they are getting bombbarted with emails and calls for the Commander power steering. I think I would give the benifit of dought.

They were pretty cool to work with when we did the Teryx build...I cannot be sure, however, they may be busy getting stuff together for the Sand Show. Let me see if I can't get in touch with them and see what they have going on.

When I was e-mailing them it was back in June. It was way before the Commander hype or Sand Show. I notice they are a vendor on a lot of different UTV sites. Non of which are Commander sites though. They seem to have a unit for all the other UTV's, so it's a good bet they will have one for a Commander, especially since steering seems to be a big complaint. It seems that they may be the only game in town for a quality steering unit. So with that said, maybe they just don't care about e-mail returns. They know that if we want one, we will buy it from them. I bet if someone gave them a little competition they would be more incline to return e-mails about there product. I may be wrong about the whole thing, and they are a great company who backs their products. This is why company's should return e-mails so potential costumers with little minds like mine don't run a muck and talk bad about them on public forums. I hope someone over there reads these forums and becomes a vendor over here. That way we have a point of contact with someone we can build trust with. I always do business with those who make a point to reach out to their customer base. This is why I like Can-am with the Ride Says It All Tour. The ride definitely said it all!

Oh I agree with what you are saying, most people feel the same way as you...if you can take the time to inquire on their product, they should be able to take the time and have the courtesy to respond to you. I was just using my experience with them as an example.
