Default2014 Commander XT 1000 no spark

Greetings! Just had a 2014 Commander XT 1000 dropped off at my shop last night. The thing ran like crap and was hard to start. Had decent power in mid range, but almost none in low and high throttle range. Now this morning it won't start. I've got all the interior panels torn off. Checked fuel pressure - it's steady at 51psi. Checked fuses - all good. Both seat belts are connected. I am getting a pulse from the CPS - the tach registers about 400-450rpm while cranking. I am not getting any spark whatsoever. I need some quick help on this one, guys. The guy wants his UTV back for deer hunting and I am leaving for vacation tomorrow morning.

I clipped a timing light to both spark plug wires - I get no light while cranking on either wire. I don't know if the Rotax has a low oil level sensor that will cut ignition, but it's actually a little overfull on oil. Any and all ideas you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated. I would hate to have to punt on this guy - he comes to me for a lot of work on his farm equipment. Thanks!

P.S. - I am refreshing this screen every 5 minutes or so waiting for replies - I will perform any and all test suggestions you guys have as soon as you post them.

I just checked the seat belt interlock. The drivers seat belt has been connected the entire time, but I wanted to make sure the sensor wasn't failing. I disconnected the sensor wire and jumped the wires together - still no spark. Hopefully someone has another suggestion.
