Another option for a Commander Skid plate

This is a discussion on Another option for a Commander Skid plate within the Safety forums, part of the Can-Am Commander UTV Garage category; I don't know of anyone who has tried these skid plates but might be a option. http://www.sssoffroad.com/Commander-...-skid-UHMW.htm...

I like how it covers the entire bottom, unlike my OEM Aluminum skids.

Some advantages over others is, it is one big piece in the center with cuts to mold tight to the floor board under your feet and it extends to the very back around the hitch. Also they did the CVT cover bolt slots to make removal easy.

Some things I don't care for with this design are, it is just short on the front side of the floor board and leaves a couple inches exposed to damage and there is a extra, small piece in front of the main piece to make up the gap to the front piece.

I did call them and they are willing to modify it to meet your needs.
