I have seen some discussion about this and was wondering if any of you that have got your commander were offered this? My dealer did not say anything to me about it here in CA. I am going to be calling him and finding out why.

My dealer said it was automatically extended when he turned in his paperwork to BRP...as long as I closed before Oct 31st

Closing as in signing before 10/31, even if not received yet, eh?.....did it sound like that was a concrete-firm date or could be waived if machines weren't in hand yet?........Lance

My dealer tried to sell me an extended warranty and told me i had 6 month factory warranty. Didnt say anything about an extended factory warranty.

He didnt know about after the month but had a hunch it was going to be extended. I am going to call him tomorrow anyway to make sure the extended warranty will be provided as promised and I will ask him again about after Oct.
