I dont get it. Hey im all for Bling. I have enough on my Dune Quad.
What i dont get is, how you SHOW the bling if the Engine is hidden. If someone has like a transparent engine cover, <aka-Hemi-under-glass> then that would be awesome. Otherwise, I just cant see the justification haha. Enlighten me.

Developed and thought more for the Outtys and Rennys quads where some of the cover can be seen from either side of the machine....not suitable for our Commanders with 100% engine covered tho....

A lot of Rotaxed Rhinos don't run a full engine cover, mine included...could add a bit-o-bling to these as well.....Lance

I dont think you are going to see those anytime soon. Canam has a new updated cover that should not leak. These type parts are made by Greg Loflin aka MrRPM at MrRPM.. I know he has already developed a BBK for these machines and will also make them with billet jugs. He had also developed and testing billet heads for these machines that are much bigger then stock. Billet intakes are being developed right now along with other performance parts. Everything performance wise on the ATV side can be used over on the SxS side. MrRPM has both a 1000 engine for designing performance parts and a 1000 Commander for testing. In the near future I would not be surprised to see billet cases come out of his shop. MrRPMs currently has the fastest canam ATV in the world. His 1020ish turbo renegade puts down 250ish RWHP.

yeah I see MRRPM already pulled his engine out of the commander and put it in his quad...:)..
Would you be able to let us know what ideas you & MRRPM might be having to get around the ECU's smart thinking....
Some of us are wanting more power...:)...Barbara

Thank you for the welcome.
Actually the commander/atv motor swap is being done by another guy that goes by Chucky. I will be dealing with the EFI once the build is complete. MRRPM has a complete 1000 commander with the motor still in and a spare 1000 motor for designing and testing. MRRPM is also working with Chucky on his build.
The ECU is not going to be a problem in the next couple months. The Tune Monster from THE MASTERS OF OFF ROAD FUEL INJECTION is a stand alone ECM. It will work in conjuction with the stock ECM also. The stock ECM will control the dash/lights/and DESS and the TM will control the engine management. The release date for the ATVs will be in Dec and will be tested on the Commander to make sure no problems exist.
