I just bought Commander XT 1000 and was told when I bought it that there was a ten hour break-in service required. Well, when I called today to schedule I was told for first time that this was going to cost me over $500 YES THAT IS FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS and I have not even hardly used it. And by the way the flimsy cable that snapped when I used it for the first time to pull me out that is not covered either. Oh not happy with that here is a number to call to BBR or whoever made this overpriced plastic junk and after being on hold for over half an hour I get some B_ _ _ H named Martina that refused to let me talk to someone else and would just say maintenance is a customer's cost and anything with the winch is not there problem. I would never buy another can-am anything after this experience.
