So new Commander owners, or soon to be owners, what are you plans for lighting?

I see that Can-Am offers HID, Halogen, as well as LED lighting options. So with that said, do you plan on using the products offered by Can-Am or going with something like the Edge LED Lightbar, Baja Designs HIDs, or something different?

What I really like is that 650 watt stator the Commander comes with, definately a huge plus for people wanting to run a lot of electrical accessories!

Ok so aftermarket...are the ideal lights going to be halogen, LED, or HID for everyone?

I have to say, of all the lights on my Teryx, my LED lightbar draws the least amount of power.

Seeing that they put in a 650W stator, I would like to know how many extra Watts you have to play with. Also it would depend on how much night riding you do and the terrain you ride in.
I am also looking into installing a loud air horn in mine. Its not for honking at other riders but for bear deterrent. We have a lot of bears in this neck of the woods and a good air horn blast always gets them running...Cheers!

We carry the Rigid Industries LED Bar's. A bit pricey, but you get the best quality in the business with the Rigid LED's. Doing 30in LED install of the combo flood/spot on Charlie Manson's XT in the next week. Will post up results then.

I have the 42" Rigid LED bar on my Teryx, they are amazing lights, however, they are a tad pricey.

Actually in the LED bar game Rigid is the brightest and typically the best price. Baja Designs is up there in brightness as well, but a little more costly. If you put those 2 lights side by side with a Vision X they are noticably brighter.
