So I am reading through the rules for the Commander Inside Track and within it was something very odd!

Should the possible winner be a Canadian resident, he/she will have to answer a skill question (2 X 10 ÷ 4 + 30 – 2) before being declared the winner and being awarded the prize.

Does anyone know what that is all about? Why would a Canadian resident need to answer a math question in order to be declared the winner?
