I am not sure if that posting belong to electrical or ti general section.
I saw already few postings here about the ECU.
There is already open ECU's available (like that we offer to our customers)
the difference to normal ecu is.
iTC is switched off, rev-limiter rise for 450rpm, and the ignition map is bit rebuild to make the ecu ready for busted application.
there are no changes on the fuel map. the reason for that is, small changes on intake or exhaust are causing major changes on the engine. so we prefer to use a hq piggyback to control timing, fuel, boost or whatever (also to use 02).
the Open ECU is based on US version, then the EU version ECU is limited and you need a unlock unit.
you can use the open ecu with what ever modification on your commander (engine or drivetrain mod)
