I have an 800 and I swamped it a week ago. I pulled the plugs and turned it over to get the water out of cylinders, drained all the fluids and cleaned the clutch and cleaned out the airbox and replaced air filter. It seems to be running fine except the fan comes on as soon as I start it. Does anyone have any ideas. It is still under warrenty but I am wondering if the dealer will say it is not going to replace part because I swamped it.

Pull the top engine cover and see if the temperature sensor has the wire plugged into it .....if it splashed off when swamped, that will cause the fan to run continuously ....its by the thermostat on number two cylinder

...sent with TapaTalk...please excuse brevity & no smileys

Your right some dealers might not help you out. Maybe call a couple dealers around you and see if they have a intrest in doing the work under warranty.
