Spoke to Chris @ MCX today about the Commander turbo kit.....said it would be available in about one month and will be like their other setups......he was just ball park speaking about double the crank and RWHP figures, but won't know until testing.....they are in un-charted waters with the Rotax 1000, so let's hope everything triples instead!!!

Let's here from all who are wanting to or are GOING TO boost their Commander.....Lance

I think the MCX in the Commander will be amazing. Let me talk to Chris to get him over here to let us all know about his products.

Side note, Chris is a great guy, I know him personally!

Good talking to you today Lance. And, Mike, thanks for the heads up on the thread...we appreciate it.

If anyone has any questions about the commander turbo kits, please don't hesitate to ask. Like normal for our kits, we're expecting to have 170-180 crank HP and 120-130 rwhp on the Commander 1000 machine roughly. Hopefully, as Lance stated above, we'd like to see even more like our Teryx FI models. But, nevertheless, double the HP on these machines will be ridiculous, for sure.

If you're interested in being added to our initial production kit release, just CLICK HERE and let me know. We'll send you an email and/or call you if you include your number in your email when the kits are ready for pre-ordering.

Chris
I am so Happy that Lance is the one volunteering to buy the turbo for me...he is such a great husband.....:):dance:
Is that a Hint Lance?

@ chris with MCX, could you please put a link on this forum also (like you did on another) so us that would like to pre-order can get info please..:):)Barbara
My number one question is will the OEM drive trane handle that much additional Torque. That would Include the gear box, CVT, belt and CVs.

We will find out.....LBR is buying me one :yeah:

I'll be the first one out on the limb here....yes, should not be any issues with the complete drivetrain if driven correctly.......our Commanders should be built with the pumping up of the HP/torque figures A-OK.....the Rhino platform handles the additional power fine........Lance
Gotta love the Beta Testers! Hope it works out and no damage. The Turbo will definatly void the drive trane Warranty. Keep us posted.
