Installed my new Holz tie rods on Thursday and took them out to the Northern Nevada Desert over the weekend to give them the beating they deserved.

Needless to say I was impressed so far............

Nice to see you posting somewhere Charlie. I thought maybe they took your laptop away after they found all that porn on it.

Did you have to drill ?
No drilling they fit right on. Took about an hour and half.

The hardest part was getting the clips (plastic ties) that hold the dust boot off!

And yes you need to use your stock dust boot so don't tear it up.

I see you did the same thing I did and just grab on the Holtz tie rod shaft when tightening up the lock nuts. Leaving some scratches, I really like the tie rods too.
