When I placed the order for my 800R XT, I noticed that the tools that came with the machine were of extremely poor quality - as is true for most of the bikes that I used to buy and ride. My habit is to build my own tool pouch to carry with me consisting of higher quality, and more versatile, tools.

But I failed to note what was actually in the tool set and I need to know what is essential as a starting point. Dealer is over 100 miles away and I'd like to build my tool set before it gets here.

So, help appreciated for this big dummy who should have paid attention when I had a chance. :)

TIA!
