Hi there everyone, as you can see I am starting on the design for the site, please use this thread to report any issues, provide any feedback, or offer suggestions. Do not worry about speaking up if you don't like something or think something should be changed. So first off, how is the color scheme thus far?

Yes I can remove that Tweet client on the left...thought maybe some would like to use it, however, I really do not think anyone does. I will likely not have it with the new design.

Just wondered if it was a personal option or not....didn't want to spoil it for everyone here tho....I would shut it off because "tweets" is always jumping around in the screen hiding what I'm reading or when I'm posting when on my Moto Droid.....Lance

No worries, I really think for a site like this it goes unused, maybe for a more tech site it would get used, but who know. More and more people I know are using the Droids, very cool...I am loving my Droid X!

Hey Mike, would it be possible to put a chat box at the bottom of the forum page? They have one on "snow and mud" it would give people a chance to say hi and communicate when they have nothing to post....cheers!

I don't have a problem adding one.

Its a good suggestion, just do not want to take away from people talking in the forums though....some people like them, others do not.

To make it fair, I will start a poll and let the members vote on it and we will see what happens

Actually, I was sort of doing the "Founding Member" status as a way to say thank you to people for contributing. Honestly, of all the sites I have owned in the past, I have never taken contributions from members. I suppose when the site picks up we can make that an available option and maybe add a few perks in with it.

LOL nah, as a matter of fact a lot of other sites offer "Premium Memberships" I just never have in the past. I've seen it where it gives them more PM space, or they get a special emblem under their member name, ect.

If I do anything in the future it will be completely voluntary for sure!
